🏥 Safety & Quality

Is medical care in China safe?

Yes. We only partner with JCI-accredited hospitals, which is the gold standard in global healthcare. These hospitals use FDA-approved equipment (Siemens, GE, Philips) and adhere to strict safety protocols comparable to top US hospitals.

Are the doctors qualified?

Absolutely. Our network consists exclusively of Chief Physicians and Associate Chief Physicians. They typically have 20+ years of experience, hold PhDs, and many have trained or conducted research in Western countries.

What if complications arise during surgery?

Safety is our priority. All surgeries are performed in full-service general hospitals (not small clinics) with comprehensive ICU and emergency backup. We also have strict pre-op screening to minimize risks.

✈️ Travel & Logistics

Do I need a Visa?

Yes. We provide an official Medical Invitation Letter to expedite your S2 (Medical) or L (Tourist) visa application. For short stays in Shanghai/Hangzhou, the 144-hour visa-free transit policy might apply.

I don't speak Chinese. Will this be an issue?

Not at all. You will be assigned a dedicated bilingual case manager who will accompany you to all medical appointments. Most of our specialists also speak fluent English.

Can you help with flights and hotels?

Yes. We act as your full-service concierge. We can book flights, arrange airport transfers, and recommend partner hotels near the hospital at corporate rates.

💰 Cost & Insurance

Why is it so much cheaper than the US?

The lower cost is due to China's lower cost of living, government subsidies on medical infrastructure, and significantly lower malpractice insurance costs. You pay for medical value, not administrative overhead.

Can I use my US health insurance?

Most domestic US plans do not cover international care. However, our cash prices are often lower than your US deductible. We provide English receipts which you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.

Are there hidden fees?

No. We operate on a fixed-price quote model. Your treatment plan will clearly list doctor fees, hospital charges, and service fees upfront.

🔄 Process & Aftercare

How do I start?

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email. We will ask for your basic medical history and specific needs, then consult with our doctors to provide a preliminary treatment plan.

What about aftercare when I return home?

You will receive a complete digital copy of your medical records in English. We also offer free tele-consultations with your doctor for 6 months post-procedure to monitor your recovery.
